YouTuber Brandon Buckingham Sparks Online Debate Over Alleged Arrest Claims

YouTuber Brandon Buckingham has ignited widespread speculation after sharing an alleged mugshot and a report claiming he was arrested for the theft of a vehicle. The content creator, known for his gonzo-style investigative videos and street interviews, posted the materials across his social media platforms alongside the caption, "Free Brandon."

The documentation shared by Buckingham included a photograph of himself wearing an orange shirt and glasses, paired with a screenshot purportedly from a local community news outlet, Mt Hermon Web TV. The report alleged that a 31-year-old individual named Brandon Buckingham had been booked by the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office in Louisiana on a charge of theft of an auto or vehicle, with no bond currently set.

Discrepancies in Official Records and Public Reaction

Despite the claims circulated by the YouTuber, official records from the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office do not currently list a Brandon Buckingham as having been booked. A search of the department’s database for the dates cited in the report, September 9 and 10, also yielded no results, casting doubt on the authenticity of the documentation provided by the creator.
