To ensure fairness, the friends took turns selecting the numbers each week. While they occasionally won smaller prizes by matching several numbers, the jackpot had eluded them until now. After confirming the win, Khan's first call was to his uncle in Nepal, who played a pivotal role in helping him relocate to the UAE and establish a new life. "He has always supported me like a father," Khan expressed. "When I told him how much we had won, he was speechless."
Despite the life-changing nature of the payout, Khan emphasized that his priorities remain centered on family. His immediate goal is to build a new home for his relatives in Nepal, a dream he had long harbored before winning the jackpot. Additionally, he plans to invest part of his share and explore business opportunities after spending the last four years as an employee.
Khan also revealed a few personal aspirations he hopes to fulfill, including purchasing a Mahindra Thar and a Rolex watch. He noted that the prize will significantly impact the lives of all five winners, each facing unique responsibilities and milestones. "One friend has been away from his family for years, another recently got married, and another has just become a father," he said. "I'm happy that this win will help all of us."
